I have only had negative experiences with blade hq I have ordered a few knives from them and there is something always wrong with them. yes you can return them yes you get your money back but what is the point and what is the price you get for the amount of time you waste waiting for the items you purchased. also on top of everything they had a sale on the Norse hawk by cold steel for 6.99 mistake or not the order was put in I waited over a week just for them to cancel the order and then make me WAIT then when I call to find out what's going on they say "I can not help you I have no idea why that would happen". ???????? and let's all not forget the hacking they had and everyone who did business with them within the last 6 months potentially has had there identity stolen. This is what you get to look forward to when you deal with a company like them. so if I was any of you I'd definitely use any of the many much better and safer knife dealers. better quality and better service

I ordered a Benchmade 51 through BladeHQ on a Friday and promptly emailed them to send me the shipping information when it became available. Anticipating that it would not be shipped out till the following week, I was not surprised when it did not ship for a few days (in-store location closed on Mondays).

On Monday, I checked in via email for updates.

The evening of the following Tuesday (4 days later), I noticed that it still had not been shipped.

On Wednesday, I sent another email out and gave their in-store location a call and found out that my order had been placed on hold because the shipping and billing addresses did not match. Mind you, their website gave no indication of this occurring. After explaining myself, the released the hold and proceeded to ship the blade.

My order arrived the following Monday, 10 days after it had been ordered.

In summary, their service can be pretty frustrating. They never responded to any of my emails or alerted me of issues with my order. Fortunately, their merchandise is legit and at the end of the day, they are a reputable knife dealership. If you are not in a rush, I would recommend this company.

I did some stabbing test on a phone book and it held up nicely. It opens very easily and quickly. This would be a good tool to keep in a go bag or when you can't carry a gun. As a last ditch effort this would be a wonderful tool to have in your pocket in an emergency.

Bought a very nie boker plus knife

At first, I took a chance on buying off this website. The reviews were 50/50, but I found a knife I lost a while ago for almost $40 cheaper. Took a chance on it, and it showed up 2 days earlier than expected. Definitely going to be using Blade HQ again for any knives in the future

I ordered from BladeHQ, and it was great. Got here on time, and I got free stuff on the side (of course I spent money), but anyways it is a good web and they have good deals. Also my brother ordered from them and he got his knifes, but he did have a issue, but they got it fixed right away.

Bladehq is top of its class. Great people, great customer service, great selection, great pricing, fast shipping. This is a dealer that is owned and staffed by real enthusiasts. Couldn't recommend them enough.

They lied to me and tried to keep my money.

Haven't had any issues from this site. Orders shipped within 4 days and arrived within 10 days in the US. Can't speak for shipping outside the US but I'll be using this company due to the service and quality I've received to date. 5 stars

Please don't be afraid to buy. The knife I ordered arrived on time in great condition. Sealed boxes. The reviews saying you can't trust this site are liars. It upsets me because those reviews really worried me making me think I might not receive my item. And have to go to my bank asking for my money back explaining I was scammed on a illegitimate site. But no sure enough my item arrived. Do not be afraid to do business with these guys they are legit

Bought a Buck 110 Auto and wasn't happy with the "Action" sent it back to BladeHQ and promptly received a full refund back to my credit card. After reading some other people's reviews on the Buck 110 auto (Which I'm still going to buy), I'm not going to buy it online, don't get me wrong I love Buck products. And own many. Anyway I ordered a couple of Kershaw knives and they came in perfect vary fast and in perfect condition! BladeHQ has been a stand up company for Me!

Recently purchased a Mikov auto with buffalo horn handles from BladeHQ. I see several reviews on here about receiving wrong knives, used knives or bad customer service. My experience was nothing but top shelf all the way. Order process was very smooth, shipping was quick and even though the site said you no longer get the sheath with this knife, they included one with my order. Brand new knife and the fit and finish and action are perfect. Will be buying from them again soon.
